For your long term benefit, when you are not using your cushion and sling chairs/loungers, please store them in a cool dry area away from extreme sunlight, or cover them with a furniture cover. DO NOT contact cushions/slings with chemicals such as pool chlorine. Always ensure fabrics and cushion fill are dry before storing.
As noted below, cushion and sling fabric fading resulting from general wear and tear or from failure to comply with these care and maintenance instructions is not covered under the warranty.
CARE INSTRUCTION
Frames: Use mild soap and warm water, rinse clean.
Fabric: Regular vacuuming. Sponge clean with mild soap and luke warm water, or remove cushion covers and machine wash with cold water and mild detergent on delicate cycle.
DO NOT Bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry. Other components should also be washed with mild soap and rinsed with clean water.
If the wicker becomes scratched or abraded apply heat using a hair dryer, this will help mend the effected area, keep a safe distance of more than 300 mm and do so at own risk.

Kokoweave is the highest quality synthetic wicker available today; extruded using only German Technology and made from 100% virgin materials, it has been scientifically formulated to withstand global environmental conditions. Kokoweave is durable, it will not crack, blister, splinter or become brittle and is temperature tolerant to extreme heat, will not oxidize, and is not effected by high moisture, mold and mildew.

What this means is that extruded wicker has a natural Multi-Color Flow of natural grain that mimics cane more naturally than any other synthetic weave on the market. Kokoweave has minimal environmental impact as we only use organic and eco-friendly inorganic colorants so all our fibers are free of heavy metals such as cadmium, lead and chromium.

Kokoweave Maintenance:
Kokoweave has been designed to require little to no maintenance at all. We recommend dusting using a soft synthetic brush or a quick wash with a non-foaming mild household detergent. If in doubt try your detergent on a small part of the underside of your setting.
